A Transformational/Mindset Coach is a trained professional who helps guide individuals or groups into their ideal life and most authentic self; particularly when navigating moments of change.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND THERAPY?
Coaching and therapy both support personal growth but differ in focus. Coaching is future-oriented, helping individuals set and achieve goals, build skills, and enhance performance. Therapy, however, addresses emotional and psychological concerns, exploring past experiences to heal and overcome challenges. While therapy focuses on healing past wounds, coaching is about empowerment, growth, and creating positive change moving forward.
HOW LONG IS THE COACHING PROGRAM?
Your Transformational Coaching Program will vary depending upon your specific and individual needs. A pay as you go program is available; however, most programs are 8 week and can go up to 12 weeks and beyond.
