A Transformational/Mindset Coach is a trained professional who helps guide individuals or groups into their ideal life and most authentic self; particularly when navigating moments of change.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND THERAPY?

Therapy focuses on mental health. Life coaching focuses on goals. The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing; while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.

HOW LONG IS THE COACHING PROGRAM?

Your Transformational Coaching Program will vary depending upon your specific and individual needs. A PAY AS YOU GO program is available; however, most programs are 8 week and can go up to 12 weeks and beyond.
