Cancellation Policy

It is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach one hour in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. The Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. Should the Coach need to reschedule, it is the Coach’s responsibility to notify the Client one hour in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings; in this case, the Client will not be billed and any prior payment will extend to future calls/meetings.
